Craft market cash reconciliation
Reconcile a closing cash count with the starting float, sales, refunds, payouts, banking and top-ups.
Your working figures
Fictional example data is shown. Replace it with your own. Keep the CSV header names, and use a dot for decimals.
Up to 500 CSV rows, with smaller limits on tools that compare combinations. No personal data is needed for the examples.

How the worksheet works
Expected closing cash = opening float + recorded cash sales − refunds − cash expenses − removals + top-ups. Over/short = counted cash − expected closing cash.
A worked example
80 opening + 210 sales − 10 refunds − 12 expenses − 100 removed + 20 added = 188 expected closing cash. Counting 188 produces a 0.00 difference.
Check these limits
Enter cash movements only. Exclude card sales and card-provider payouts. This is a discrepancy worksheet, not a tax return or a cash-register record. Do not overwrite recorded sales to hide a difference.
Working with CSV
Keep the header row shown in the example. Put one item or shift on each row. Fields containing commas can be enclosed in double quotes. Reports flag inconsistent entries rather than silently filling missing values.
