Market stock discrepancy checker
Compare counted stock with recorded sales, new deliveries, gifts, damage and customer returns across multiple products.
Your working figures
Fictional example data is shown. Replace it with your own. Keep the CSV header names, and use a dot for decimals.
Up to 500 CSV rows, with smaller limits on tools that compare combinations. No personal data is needed for the examples.

How the worksheet works
Expected closing stock = opening + added + customer returns − sold − given away − damaged. Difference = counted − expected. Every movement is a whole unit.
A worked example
80 cards + 20 added − 35 sold − 2 gifts − 1 damaged = 62 expected. A count of 62 matches. The print example expects 19 but counts 18, flagging one missing unit.
Check these limits
One row per product or variant. Returns must be sellable units actually put back into stock. A discrepancy is a flag to investigate; the tool does not reclassify it as a sale, theft or damage.
Working with CSV
Keep the header row shown in the example. Put one item or shift on each row. Fields containing commas can be enclosed in double quotes. Reports flag inconsistent entries rather than silently filling missing values.
